Welcome to Sydney Airports Bus and Limousine e-tag registration system.

Sydney Airports Ground Transport pick-up zones are for accredited operators only. For operator accreditation details please contact Transport NSW at mail@transport.nsw.gov.au or visit www.transport.nsw.gov.au

Before you will be able to gain access to any of the pick-up zones, you will need to pre-register your business, your vehicles and your e-tags on this web based registration site.

Sydney Airports’ tolls for Limousines, Buses, Shuttle Buses and Coaches are time based. This means the access fee will be charged through your e-tag account based on the length of time your vehicle remains within the pick-up zone.

If you do not have an e-tag, you will need to acquire one. Any of the e-tags used on Sydney’s toll roads will be suitable

Before you begin the registration process please ensure you have the following information available.

  • E-tag CSN number/s. - This is not your etag account number.
  • Accreditation number
  • Vehicle registrations
  • ABN Number (when registering as a company only)
